Reservation and payment:

Booking

1.- For the “Olive oil tourism and ceramics: creative weekend” experiences, 50% of the course fee will be charged as a reservation fee and payment must be completed no later than 2 weeks before the course takes place. It is also possible to pay the full amount at the time of booking. If the booking is made 2 weeks before the course starts, full payment is required.

2.- For the experiences “Creative week: ceramics and culture under the Andalusian sun”, 50% of the course fee will be charged as a reservation fee and payment must be made at the latest 6 weeks before the course starts. If the booking is made 6 weeks before the course starts, the full amount must be paid in full.

3.- The reservation will not be effective until receipt of the minimum payment of 50% of the course fee and confirmation from Modelando entre olivos.

4.- Any bank charges that may arise shall be paid by the student.

5.- The right of admission is reserved.

Method of payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer to our Spanish bank account or Bizum. Details are indicated on the registration form.

Minimum and maximum number of participants:

- In the experiences "The magic of ceramics" and "Shape your morning", the minimum number of participants to form a group is 4 people.
-In the experiences "Olive oil tourism and ceramics among olive trees: creative weekend", the minimum number of participants for the course is 3 people (We can also offer the experience privately for fewer people — feel free to ask!).
- In the "Creative week: ceramics and culture under the Andalusian sun" experiences, the minimum number of participants for the course is 2 people (who do not have to come together, they can come independently).
In both the weekend and 6-day experiences, the maximum number of participants is 5, as that is the maximum capacity of our accommodation.

Cancellation

- Weekend experiences: Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before the experience.
For cancellations made less than 2 weeks in advance, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- 6-day experiences: Free cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the experience (any amount paid will be fully refunded).
If cancelled between 6 and 2 weeks before the start date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the experience begins.
