Reservation and payment:
Booking
1.- For the “Weekend among olive trees and art” experiences, 50% of the course fee will be charged as a reservation fee and payment must be completed no later than 2 weeks before the course takes place. It is also possible to pay the full amount at the time of booking. If the booking is made 2 weeks before the course starts, full payment is required.
2.- For the experiences “Creative week: ceramics and culture under the Andalusian sun”, 50% of the course fee will be charged as a reservation fee and payment must be made at the latest 6 weeks before the course starts. If the booking is made 6 weeks before the course starts, the full amount must be paid in full.
3.- The reservation will not be effective until receipt of the minimum payment of 50% of the course fee and confirmation from Modelando entre olivos.
4.- Any bank charges that may arise shall be paid by the student.
5.- The right of admission is reserved.
Method of payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer to our Spanish bank account or Bizum. Details are indicated on the registration form.
Minimum number of participants:
In the experiences "The magic of ceramics" and "Shape your morning", the minimum number of participants to form a group is 4 people. In the experiences "Weekend among olive trees and art" and "Creative week: ceramics and culture under the Andalusian sun", the minimum number of participants for the course is 2 people (who do not have to come together, they can come independently). In this case, the corresponding price will be applied.
Cancellation
By the student:
If the student cancels their booking up to 6 weeks before the start of the course, the full amount of the booking will be refunded. In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the course start date, 50% of the total course fee will be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks before the course start date, no refund will be made.
By Modelando entre olivos
We reserve the right to cancel a course if we do not have the minimum number of participants. This will take place at least 6 weeks before the start date of the course. In the event that we do not have the minimum number of students, we will refund the full amount of the booking fee to the registered participants, but we are not responsible for the costs of transport to Arjonilla (plane tickets, train, bus, etc.).
Insurance
Modelando entre olivos has civil liability insurance for the courses. However, the price of the courses does not include any kind of medical or transport insurance for the students. We strongly recommend that students take out medical insurance (especially in the case of non-residents of Spain) and travel insurance. Students should inform us in advance about possible health problems, disabilities, allergies and intolerances.
